Unless you select to have your order shipped according to UPS shipping rates (United Parcel Service), we will generally ship your order via USPS (United States Postal Service) because it's the quickest and least expensive method (for smaller purchases). Note: Because we want to adhere to your shipping time demands, OrgasmicEarth.com will assess shipping time factors and reserves the right to choose the most suitable shipping carrier/method at our discretion.
If you select the Zone Rates option and your shipping address is within the United States, you will usually receive your shipment within 3 to 5 business days. International orders may take longer. (Please contact us for expected delivery time on international orders.)
We offer 3 day, 2 day and overnight shipping in compliance with UPS shipping rates, however you must allow adequate processing time of 24 to 48 hours before your order is shipped.
Depending on inventory, availability, shipping time and costs, we may occasionally ship one or more of your items independently from other items in your order. We will notify you should this situation arise.
RETURNSFor sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). Please return the items in their original packaging within 7 days to the address on your packing slip. If you do not follow all of the instructions on this page you may not be refunded at all or may incur a 25% restocking fee.
Without prior approval OrgasmicEarth.com does not reimburse for return shipping costs.

Then please email us with the webpage address and let us know what the page said and what you found to be different. We will refund you if the necessary information is missing, and we appreciate help to improve our site.
If a product has clear and correct size measurements, then we will NOT allow a return because of size. If the size is not listed on the page, we will accept a return if you provide us with detailed accurate measurements that we can add to the site.
In your return package please include:
The packing slip
A note telling us what the problem was
A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.
If you do not include a note, you may not be refunded!
